Dogs are fed at the following times:
• Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Lunch: 11:00 AM
• Dinner: 4:00 PM
Portion and feeding instructions may be provided by the owner

Services & Policies
Daycare Services
Full Day: $50 (5 hours or more)
Half Day: $35 (less than 5 hours)
8-Day Daycare Package: $384
12-Day Daycare Package: $564
12-Day Monthly Membership: $540
Behavior Requirements:
Dogs must be well-socialized and non-aggressive. If a dog exhibits excessive humping, aggressive, or reactive behavior, they will not be allowed in group play.
Dogs displaying aggression toward staff or other dogs may be required to undergo professional training before returning.
Temperament Test Requirements:
All first-time daycare dogs must undergo a one-time temperament evaluation and a half-day visit (paid service) before full participation.
If a dog exhibits signs of aggression or extreme anxiety, we may recommend alternative care options.
Boarding Services
Overnight Boarding: $95 per night
Dogs joining us for an overnight stay are welcome to arrive after 2PM.
Check-out: By 12 PM the following day.
Pick-ups after 12 PM will include a half-day daycare charge, unless your pup is staying for another night.

of check-in for all boarding

Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
Early Pick-Up Policy: No refunds for early pick-ups; full payment is required for the reserved stay.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
No refunds if a reservation is modified at short notice.
Late Pick-Up Policy:
First 30 minutes late: $15
Up to 1 hour late: $30
More than 1 hour late: Dog
will be boarded overnight,
and overnight charges will apply.
Full-day stay with drop-off as late as 2 PM

Appointment Requirements:
Advance bookings required; walk-ins accepted based on availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice; late cancellations incur a $10 fee.
DogWalking Services
Available within a 18-minute walking radius of Pooch Play & Stay.
All walks must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
A $5-$15 fee applies for short-notice bookings or cancellations
Vaccination & Health Requirements
Required vaccinations:
Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis.
Small Dogs (under 45 lbs): Must be spayed or neutered (if 9 months or older)
Large Dogs (over 45 lbs): Must be spayed (after second heat or by 18 months) or neutered (if 18 months or older)
Dogs with contagious conditions must provide vet clearance before attending daycare or boarding.
Booking & Payment Policies
Deposits are required for boarding services.
Accepted Payments: Credit card, cash, and online payments.
No-Show Policy: Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows.

Owners must provide food in labeled storage containers.
Emergencies & Liability
If a pet emergency occurs, we will contact the owner, and if necessary, transport the pet to the nearest veterinary hospital.
All medical expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.
Pet owners waive liability for injuries, illnesses, or accidents unless caused by Pooch Play & Stay's negligence.
Photo/Video Consent
Photos and videos of dogs may be used for social media and marketing purposes.
Owners may opt out by notifying staff in writing.
