Services & Policies
Daycare Services
Full Day: $45
Half Day (4 hours or less): $30
5-Day Package: $42 per day
10-Day Package: $39 per day
Behavior Requirements
Dogs must be well-socialized
and non-aggressive.
If a dog exhibits excessive humping, aggressive, or reactive behavior, they
will not be allowed in group play.
Dogs displaying aggression toward staff or other dogs may be required to
undergo professional training
before returning.
Temperament Test Requirements
All first-time daycare dogs must undergo a one-time temperament evaluation and
a half-day visit (paid service)
before full participation.
If a dog exhibits signs of aggression or extreme anxiety, we may recommend
alternative care options.
Boarding Services
Overnight Boarding: $95 per night
Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
Early Pick-Up Policy: No refunds for early pick-ups; full payment is required
for the reserved stay.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Free cancellation with
at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
No refunds if a reservation is
modified at short notice.
Late Pick-Up Policy
First 30 minutes late: $20 fee
Up to 1 hour late: $40 fee
More than 1 hour late: Dog will be boarded overnight, and overnight charges will apply.

Full Bath & Spa: $49
Appointment Requirements:
Advance bookings required;
walk-ins accepted
based on availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice;
late cancellations incur a $10 fee.
DogWalking Services
Available within a 15-minute walking radius of Pooch Play & Stay.
All walks must be scheduled at least
24 hours in advance.
A $5-$15 fee applies for short-notice bookings or cancellations
Vaccination & Health Requirements
Required vaccinations:
Rabies, Distemper,
Bordetella, and Leptospirosis.
Dogs do not need to be spayed/neutered, but must be non-aggressive.
Dogs with contagious conditions must provide vet clearance before
attending daycare or boarding.
Booking & Payment Policies
Deposits: Required for boarding services.
Accepted Payments: Credit card, cash,
and online payments.
No-Show Policy: Deposits are
non-refundable for no-shows.
Pick-Up &
Drop-Off Services
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Available
(based on availability).
Reservations required.
Fees Based on Distance:
Zone 1: $10
Zone 2: $15
Zone 3: $20
Cancellation: Free with 24-hour notice; short-notice cancellations incur a $15 fee.
Feeding Schedule
Dogs are fed at the following times:
Breakfast: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Lunch: 11:00 AM
Dinner: 4:00 PM
Owners must provide food in labeled storage containers.
Emergencies & Liability
If a pet emergency occurs, we will contact the owner and, if necessary,
transport the pet to the
nearest veterinary hospital.
All medical expenses are the
responsibility of the pet owner.
Pet owners waive liability for injuries, illnesses, or accidents unless caused
by Pooch Play & Stay's negligence.
Photo/Video Consent
Photos and videos of dogs may be used for social media and marketing purposes.
Owners may opt out by
notifying staff in writing.
Miscellaneous Policies
Lost/Damaged Personal Items:
Pooch Play & Stay is
not responsible for lost
or damaged belongings
(toys, bedding, collars, etc.).
Rewards & Loyalty Program: Available for frequent customers
(details upon request).
Chargeback/Dispute Fee:
If a dispute is initiated against Pooch Play & Stay, any related fees will be charged to the customer’s payment method.
